In order to tryout for the team, you must fill out a tryout application in the forum located here. You will have to make an account upon submitting the application but this only takes a few seconds. There have always been a lot of requests for joining the team through the player's hub and these requests will be ignored and NOT looked at. Capital Connection is not looking for players who are talented but also those who possess good personalities. The team wants to win, but they also want to win with a positive atmosphere in the locker room.

You must agree to the following before submitting an application:

1. You must be somewhat experienced in the game. Points don't mean anything especially if they're from community play.
2. The club looks heavily onto +/-, if you can't play defense then you don't know how to play the game properly.
3. You must have an email which you use your MSN submitted to the team's tryout application.
4. You will not be kicked out of the club from 1 horrible game unless you show no signs of knowledge towards it.
5. You must follow your assigned role and play your position based on the system of the team.
6. If you have the attitude of Tokun-, you will NOT make this team.

Once you've been accepted, you will submit your player information to your tryout application and that information will then be updated on the front page of Hockey Smack.
